Upon retirement from the Department of Social Service, Isaac did consulting for the department in training and conferences.
Julian loved the Lord, his family, country, dogs, and helping others. It would be remiss not to mention how much he loved to hear and tell a good joke. He laughed heartily. Mr. Julian was a longtime, faithful member and servant of Gunter’s Chapel Baptist Church, serving in many capacities; to include: serving as a trustee, a member of the Brotherhood, a member of the Original Planning Committee, and as a Sunday School teacher. He would even lend a hand to the Kitchen Team when needed. He enjoyed trips to Cedine Bible Camps with the men of the Citywide Brotherhood.
Mr. Julian was also a dedicated member and former Grand High Priest of the Masonic Lodge, Ethiopia Chapter #60. Mr. Julian was predeceased by his parents, his wife, and his sisters, Reola Johnson and Juanita Baity. Mr. Julian leaves to cherish his loving, precious memories a niece and nephew, Alisha and Anthony Baity (California); two nephews, Ambrose and Aaron Baity (Chicago, Illinois); a niece, surrogate daughter, and caregiver, Vanessa Myers (Charles) Moore, with whom he resided for the last years of his life; a grandniece and surrogate granddaughter, Tiffany (Lt.
